Shipping

In order to offer our customers a wide variety of items at low prices, we work with many different manufacturers. The processing and shipping times vary per manufacturer. We have listed the shipping times under the product description for each time on our website. Please check the item's page for shipping time.

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based.

Returns Policy

Please submit your return request below or email our Returns Department at returns@doorbellfactory.com to receive an authorization for return. All returns or exchanges must be authorized prior to returning any items. All items returned without an authorization will not be processed.

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery with a 20% restocking fee.

Items that are opened are subject to a 50% restock fee.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive and inspect your item(s), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it, and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request.
